Installation, repair, welding, disassembly, and CAD/CAM engineering design — performed at your facility to minimize downtime, eliminate logistics costs, and keep your team focused on production.
Not every repair or installation can be done in a shop. When equipment is too large to move, when downtime is too expensive to allow for shipping and transit, or when the work requires field measurements and fitting, A&K comes to you.
Our on-site team brings the tools, expertise, and materials needed to perform quality work in your environment — whether that's a manufacturing plant, a port facility, a construction site, or a distribution center.
Conveyor systems, structural platforms, equipment mounts, and custom fabrications installed and commissioned at your facility. We align, level, connect, and test — not just bolt it down and leave. Our installation teams are experienced with conveyor systems across all industries.
On-site mechanical repair of conveyors, processing equipment, structural components, and machinery. We diagnose the problem, source or machine the replacement part, and perform the repair — often same day when urgency demands it. Emergency repair service available.
Field welding in carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. Structural repairs, crack repairs, new attachment points, trenchbox repairs, and more — performed at your location by our certified welders. MIG, TIG, and stick capabilities in the field.
Safe, methodical disassembly of equipment, conveyors, and machinery for maintenance, relocation, or decommissioning. We photograph, label, and document components during disassembly to ensure efficient reassembly — by us or your team. We also remove equipment you're replacing with new systems.
Don't have drawings for your project? Our CAD/CAM design service bridges the gap between your idea and a machinable, fabricatable design. We create part drawings, weldment layouts, and CNC programs from customer requirements, site measurements, or concept sketches. Design is integrated with our shop so there's no handoff delay.
Based in Jacksonville, FL — we regularly serve clients throughout Northeast Florida, Southeast Georgia, and beyond for larger projects. For on-site work requests outside the immediate area, call to discuss — we evaluate every request.
Many of our clients come to us with an idea, a problem, or a worn part — not a drawing. Our CAD/CAM design service produces the engineering documentation needed to manufacture the solution, with every dimension and tolerance tied directly to what our machines can produce.
Because design and manufacturing happen in the same shop, there's no translation loss. The designer knows the machine's capabilities. The machinist understands the design intent. The result is parts that actually work the first time.
We regularly serve clients throughout Jacksonville and the surrounding Northeast Florida region. For larger projects, we travel throughout Florida and into Southeast Georgia. Call us with your location and project scope — we evaluate every request individually.
Yes. Emergency response is available outside of standard business hours (Mon–Fri 7am–5pm). Call 904-388-7772 and let us know it's urgent. We'll assess the situation and tell you immediately what response we can provide.
Tell us your facility location, the nature of the work (installation, repair, welding, etc.), any safety requirements we need to comply with (PPE, confined space, hot work permits, etc.), and your preferred timeline. The more detail the better, but we can also do a phone assessment first.
Absolutely. Weekend and off-shift work is common for our on-site team. Many clients schedule major installation and repair work during planned downtime to avoid production impact. Book us in advance to ensure availability during your window.
Our on-site team arrives with the tools and materials needed for the job as scoped. For larger jobs, we may fabricate components in our shop and bring them for final installation. If we're doing repair work, we'll often have replacement parts machined and ready to go with us.
Give us the details — location, scope of work, and timeline — and we'll tell you how quickly we can be there.
